Alongside caring for employees’ material well-being, the leadership of Dong Anh Manufacturing Electrical Equipment JSC (DONGANHMEE) always organises corporate culture activities to enrich employees’ spiritual life and recognise their contribution to the company’s development. One of the highlights is the annual company trip for all employees, led by the leadership and the trade union. It is a chance for staff to rest and relax, get closer to one another and strengthen the bond between employees and leadership – and for employees and their families to meet and connect, building unity within DONGANHMEE so everyone returns to work with energy and enthusiasm. As part of this, in 2022 all DONGANHMEE employees enjoyed a memorable 3-day, 2-night trip full of meaningful activities.
The trip took place from 15 to 17 July 2022 in Ha Long, Quang Ninh province – a famous seaside destination in the north and one of the New7Wonders of Nature. In the spirit of “CONNECT OUR STRENGTH, LINK TO SUCCESS”, the organisers held many exciting team-building games on the beach. The all-out effort of the teams and the enthusiastic cheering made it a truly memorable “games party” on the beach, helping everyone forget the stress of work and bond as a united team.

DONGANHMEE also held an internal workshop on “Building personal goal strategies within the company”. Mr Bui Xuan Hai – General Director of DONGANHMEE – and Mr Nguyen The My – Chairman of the Board – shared heartfelt, valuable advice on how each employee can set and achieve their own goals to succeed not only at DONGANHMEE but in every area of life. The leadership’s candid sharing further strengthened unity and mutual understanding between staff and leadership.
Although short, the 2022 DONGANHMEE company trip left everyone with wonderful memories with friends, colleagues and family. After the fun and relaxation, everyone returned to work with renewed passion, creativity and dedication.
