After nearly a year of implementation at GELEX Group with strong changes, the Corporate Culture Project has entered a new phase and is being rolled out across the whole system. On 7 May 2026, MEE Power Transformer Manufacturing JSC (MEEPOWER) officially kicked off its corporate culture project “United, we go further” and launched its Pathfinder Team – the core members who will spread the culture.

More than an internal programme, the project is expected to become the foundation for MEEPOWER to build a fast-adapting, high-performing organisation and a sustainable competitive advantage in a constantly changing market. It also aligns with the culture renewal journey GELEX is carrying out across the system – where culture is no longer a slogan but lived every day.

Mr Do Duy Hung – Chairman of the Board of MEEPOWER – speaking at the event
At the event, Mr Do Duy Hung, Chairman of the Board of MEEPOWER, said that with GELEX’s strong growth over the past 10+ years, employees’ lives have clearly improved. Building and renewing corporate culture is seen as essential to keep pace with social and technological change and with the Group’s future direction. “As the sponsor of this programme, I am committed to doing my utmost together with everyone to define a new cultural standard that fits our future development. And with a team like ours today – small, lean but fast – I think rolling out these culture programmes will not be difficult,” Mr Hung affirmed.
From a management perspective, General Director Nguyen Trong Dinh affirmed that the leadership will prioritise resources and time and work alongside employees to co-create the company’s own culture. In his view, corporate culture only has real value when it is built through the participation, commitment and daily practice of the whole team.

Representing the Group’s Culture Partner, Ms Nguyen Thi Thuong – Deputy Director of the HR Department – said the commitment and unity of the leadership put MEEPOWER in a good position to implement the project effectively. She also shared practical experience from the Group’s culture implementation team and pledged to accompany the company in building the right cultural foundations.
Moderated by Ms Nguyen Thi Minh Giang, the event was lively, with many discussions about MEEPOWER’s “big opportunities” in its new stage of development. The leadership, the Pathfinder Team and the culture implementation team co-created the project name “United, we go further” – expressing unity, a shared aspiration for growth and the determination of the MEEPOWER team to break through on its new journey.

The Pathfinder Team was also officially formed as the pioneers leading change. Chosen not by title or rank, its members are people with a strong spirit of innovation, ready to commit, learn and spread modern ways of working in practice.

In GELEX’s culture renewal journey, the Pathfinder Team is not only the force implementing the project but also the “nucleus” shaping new thinking, new ways of working and a more positive workplace. Through small but persistent daily changes, corporate culture will gradually become an inner strength that helps MEEPOWER grow in its new stage.
