At 21:10 on 10 May 2022, Dong Anh Manufacturing Electrical Equipment JSC (DONGANHMEE) worked with Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), the Central Grid Project Management Board (CPCNPMU), Quang Tri Power Company and other parties to successfully energize and commission transformer T2 25MVA, completing the Ta Rut 110kV substation capacity upgrade project ahead of schedule.

Putting the upgraded Ta Rut 110kV substation into operation is highly significant: it relieves overloading at the substation, transmits the output of hydropower plants in the area, reinforces supply to the system and ensures a stable, more reliable power supply for local socio-economic development, in line with the National Power Development Plan and Quang Tri’s provincial power plan. DONGANHMEE is proud and honoured to have contributed to this and to the development of Vietnam’s transmission grid on the country’s path of industrialisation and modernisation.
