The General Director, as Head of the Covid-19 Prevention Committee, requires all employees to strictly follow the company’s Covid-19 prevention plan.
The General Director highly appreciates the efforts of managers and employees to overcome every difficulty, especially at the Southern Branch – Nhon Trach factory, Dong Nai, the unit most affected by the pandemic, which is still evolving in a very complex way. He commended the managers and employees who acted proactively and responsibly, with effective solutions that both prevent infection and keep production, business and customer service running.
As Covid-19 is expected to remain complex, the General Director requires all employees to seriously and exemplarily follow the prevention requirements of central and local authorities and of DONGANHMEE, and to strictly apply the Ministry of Health’s 5K recommendations. Units in at-risk areas must continue temperature checks for employees and visitors and keep a visitor log to support tracing when needed.
Company leadership also asked units to continue the “3-on-site” model (eating, staying and working on site) for Southern Branch employees and the “one route, two destinations” rule for Northern Branch employees at the Dong Anh office.
