Dong Anh Manufacturing Electrical Equipment JSC successfully carried out the repair of transformer T2 at E28 – Cam Ranh 110kV substation directly at the substation, using the latest vapour-phase vacuum drying technology – the company being the only unit in Vietnam operating such a drying system. The scope included replacing windings, oil filtration, replacing accessories and transformer testing.
The repaired unit has since been energized, accepted and is operating stably.
16 October 2025 became a historic day for MEEPOWER as the company designed, manufactured, installed and energized its own 220kV–250MVA transformer at Binh Tan substation.
At Xekaman 3 hydropower plant in Sekong province, Laos, DONGANHMEE worked with Xekaman 3 Power Co., Ltd. to put generating unit 2 back into service.
